About Apostle Cottrell

Apostle Nancy Cottrell also known as the “Barefooted Prophetess” is a woman of God, called, appointed and anointed by the Almighty God to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is the Founding Visionary of Greater Glory New Testament Church of Deliverance Global, Inc.
In 1979 Apostle Nancy Cottrell surrendered her life to Christ and became a dedicated vessel sold out to God being a very active and laboring church member. In fact as a young saint God showed her a vision, where her hands literally had the anointed oil pouring from them, God was doing something in the spirit as He anointed her hands for His work.
Sanctioned by the elders of the church, the hands of the Presbyterian were laid upon her, God appointed her and she was ordained a Pastor on November 29, 1987. Apostle Cottrell is under the great leadership of Overseer Chief Apostle Sandra L. Hanna, Shekinah Glory Church of Deliverance C.O.G.I.C located in Los Angeles, California. Apostle Nancy Cottrell was married for 46 years to the late Minister Cornelious Cottrell, is the mother of 8 children, a grandmother and great grandmother. She attended Apostolic Faith Mission Church where she earned a Master’s Degree of Bible Studies and Gateway Bible College earning her Doctorate of Theology.
Apostle Cottrell is very well known for the peculiar way God uses her in the Prophetic, cloaked in the mantle of “Elijah “ speaking forth under the unction of the Holy Ghost spontaneously and accurately prophesying and an “Ancient of Old” Anointing resulting in manifestations of Miracles, Signs and Wonders. She is a seasoned Woman of Prayer and Faith with a purpose to “Empower People Through Prophetic Impartation”. Apostle Nancy Cottrell has a God given mission and is called to the Prophetic and Deliverance ministry, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord (Luke 1:17)
